Last year I posted this for Cinco de Mayo, and since I still love the recipe AND the story, and in case you missed it, HERE is the possible story of the Margarita as well as a special SIN-orita story as well. Pineapple Margarita:
1 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 0z. Sweet n Sour mix
1 0z. Pineapple Juice
Chill Glass. Put all ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice and Stir at least 20 times(or shake). Rim glass with sugar (optional) fill with ice, strain shaker contents into glass. Garnish with lime and pineapple. Enjoy!
SIN-orita Margarita (aka Devil's Magarita)
1 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 Oz. Sweet n Sour
1/2 oz Lime juice
Red wine to dribble on top.
Chill glass. Put all ingredients except wine in shaker filled with ice and Stir at least 20 times (or shake), Strain into chilled glass filled with ice. With the BACK of a spoon, slowly "float" the red wine on top and garnish with Lime ! ENJOY!
