Andrew Lloyd Webber's smash musical "Cats" was one of the longest running plays on Broadway. Now the play is being made into a movie, much the way "Into the Woods" was made into a movie.
Some people are excited about it, some are not. Some are horrified by it.
"Cats" was adapted by T.S. Eliot's "Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats."
James Corden, Judi Dench, Jennifer Hudson and Ian McKellen, lead an all star cast for this "live action" version of the Andrew Lloyd Webber classic.
I was not a fan of the movie remake of "Into the Woods." I hope this one fares better.
