Major League Baseball Changes The Intentional Walk

Major League Baseball has changed the rule for an intentional walk.  Instead of the pitcher being required to throw four balls, now a simple signal from the dugout will put the batter on first base  The reason is to save time.  The amount of time saved by this rule change is so mininal but it changes the game.  The pitcher might throw one of the pitches so far outisde and get by the catcher.  The batter could actually swing and hit one of the pitches.  (it's been done)

Or fake outs like this, which will never happen again.
