Leslie Moonves May Not Get His Multi-Million Dollar CBS Payout -

Les Moonves may not get a “golden parachute” from CBS for his resignation.

The lawyers from the company probe say they have reason to believe the former network chief shouldn’t get his 120-million dollar payout. A draft of a report was obtained by the “New York Times” finds that Moonves lied to investigators and destroyed evidence.

The board of CBS is scheduled to meet next week and will consider the report when voting to pay the disgraced network head or not.

The Clooney Foundation Aims To Monitor Court Cases Worldwide - 

The charity work of George and Amal Clooney continues.

A foundation created by George and Amal Clooney is launching an effort to monitor court trials worldwide. The Clooney Foundation is expected today to announce the initiative called TrialWatch, which will monitor court trials where there's a risk of abuse and rank countries' judicial systems.

Amal Clooney says courts all over the world are being used to imprison opposition figures, silence critics and persecute vulnerable groups. She says trial monitoring will shine a light on those abuses. The effort partners Trial Watvh, Columbia University Law School, and the American Bar Association.

Kit Harington says he's done with Game of Thrones. In a new interview, the actor says he's not interested in doing any sequels to the HBO series, whose final season airs next year. "Would I want to go back and do more?" he asked. "Not on your life."

Anne Hathaway has been offered a starring role in the Sesame Street movie, Variety reports. Sources say the actress hasn't decided whether she'll do the flick or director Robert Zemeckis’s The Witches.

NBC has renewed The Good Place, starring Kristen Bell, for a fourth season, while HBO has renewed My Brilliant Friend for a second season.


KEVIN HART: To Host the Oscars

Kevin Host has been tapped to host the Oscars.

In an Instagram post, the comedian wrote, "I will be sure to make this years Oscars a special one. Now it's time to rise to the occasion. I appreciate @TheAcademy for the opportunity. For years I have been asked if I would ever host the Oscars and my answer was always the same... I said that it would be the opportunity of a lifetime for me as a comedian and that it will happen when it's suppose to." 

Jimmy Kimmel hosted the last two shows.

The 91st Academy Awards will air live February 24th on ABC.


Golden Globe Announcements Are Tomorrow 

Hollywood is getting ready for the Golden Globes.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the presenters of this year's nominations including Leslie Mann, Danai Gurira, Terry Crews and Christian Slater. The honorees will be revealed live from the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel tomorrow.

The Association also teased a major announcement about the annual ceremony during the nominations press conference. Among the films expecting to nab nominations include "A Star Is Born," "Black Panther" and "Bohemian Rhapsody."

JON GOSSELIN: Gets Sole Custody of 14-Year-Old Son

Jon Gosselin won sole physical and sole legal custody of his 14-year-old son Collin after his ex-wife Kate Gosselin failed to show up for a hearing today (Tuesday).

The former reality stars were granted shared physical custody of their twins and sextuplets after the split in 2009. But recently Jon filed for full legal and physical custody of Collin, who is getting inpatient treatment for behavioral issues.

Kate had asked for the custody hearing to be postponed, but her request was not granted. When she and her lawyer bailed, custody was automatically granted to Jon. (Us Magazine)


JEFFREY DEAN MORGAN: Adopts Donkey and Emu

He plays a bad guy on TV, but Jeffrey Dean Morgan is really a softie.

The Walking Dead star, who plays the evil Negan, adopted a donkey and an emu who've developed a friendship so the buddies can stay together. 

According to FOX News, "Jack and Diane were rescued from Kershaw, South Carolina, when their owner vanished. Gordon says they cuddle and sleep together, but cried and became frantic when they were separated."

A post about the problems of adopting the animals went viral and Jeffrey stepped in. The two will now live on his Hudson Valley, New York farm.


LES MOONVES: Investigation Complete

Les Moonves “received oral sex from at least four CBS employees," according to a network investigation into misconduct allegations against the former head honcho.

The report, obtained by the New York Times, also claims Moonves had one employee who was “on call” to perform oral sex.

According to the report, the exec also destroyed evidence and misled investigators -- who have concluded the company has justification to deny him his $120 million severance.

His attorney tell the Times, "Moonves denies having any nonconsensual sexual relation" and cooperated with investigators.

More than a dozen women have accused the bigwig of sexual misconduct.
