Netflix has canceled Daredevil after three seasons. This follows the cancellation of two other Marvel series -- Luke Cage and Iron Fist. Meanwhile, AMC has renewed Preacher for a fourth season.


MATT LAUER: "Not Doing Well"

Matt Lauer is having a hard time since being fired from NBC.

According to People magazine, the former Today host has been keeping a low profile and has no plans to make a "comeback." A source says, “It has been hard for him. He went from being a super busy person to having nothing but time on his hands. He is not doing well.”

Matt, whose sexual misconduct scandal ended his career a year ago, now spends his time focusing on his three kids. But, though he still lives with his estranged wife Annette Roque in their Hamptons mansion, the two are said to be barely communicating.


Sly Stallone Announces The “Retirement” Of Rocky - 

Sylvester Stallone has put down the boxing gloves.

The actor shared in an Instagram video that the story of Rocky Balboa is at its end. "My story has been told. There's a whole new world that's gonna be opening up for the audience, for this generation," Stallone said before speaking to Michael B. Jordan. "Now you have to carry the mantle."

The video was a moving tribute to the character Sly created and the fans who’ve been along for the ride since the first movie was released in 1976.

Rocky is immortalized in a statue outside of the Philadelphia Art Museum. Thousands of fans line up every year to get their photo taken with it.

Netflix Drops “Daredevil” - 

Netflix is canceling another Marvel series.

"Deadline" reports that the streaming service has canceled “Daredevil” after three seasons. The show dealt with superhero Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer who used his super senses and his fists to fight crime in New York's Hell's Kitchen. Daredevil was played by Charlie Cox.

The show's cancellation comes after Netflix decided to end two other Marvel shows, “Luke Cage” and “Iron Fist.” So far, “Jessica Jones” and “The Punisher” are the remaining Marvel shows on Netflix.

Floyd Mayweather and DJ Khaled Are In Trouble For A Cryptocurrency Campaign - 

Boxing’s money man and a popular record producer are in trouble for promoting “funny money.”

Boxer Floyd Mayweather is paying over 600-thousand-dollars to settle a cryptocurrency case. The Securities and Exchange Commission went after Mayweather and DJ Khaled after they promoted the cryptocurrency Centra without disclosing that they were getting paid.

Floyd reportedly got 300-thousand dollars to promote it, while DJ Khaled got 50-thousand. Authorities had previously established that the crypto coin Centra was operating illegally and was essentially a giant scam. Khaled paid over 150-thousand dollars in his settlement. Both stars have agreed to hold off promoting any sort of currency for at least the next two to three years.
