Accused Mail Bomber Is Set For Court Appearance Today -
Accused mail bomber Cesar Sayoc will face a New York judge today.
He's due in federal court today. Sayoc is accused of sending more than a dozen explosive devices to high-profile Democrats, Trump critics and the media. Prosecutors are expected to ask that no bail be set because he is a danger to society.

Meanwhile, his mother Madeline Sayoc has written an open lettersaying the divisive rhetoric could spur the mental ill to act out violently and that her family tried to get Cesar help, but the laws in the U.S. don’t allow family members to compel a mentally ill person to get treatment.

Salman has said Saudi Arabia doesn't want a nuclear weapon but would not hesitate if regional rival Iran develops the bomb. The country is looking to diversify its energy and industry as its oil wealth won't last forever.
The plan calls for the building of 16 nuclear reactors over the next two decades.
