Us broke the news earlier this month that Vanderpump, 58, was not on speaking terms with her castmates, including Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley and Teddi Mellencamp. On Monday, October 22, Rinna, 55, claimed the restaurateur hasn’t filmed with the cast in “six weeks.”

The convicted comedian's lawyers argued that evidence against Cosby was old and unreliable, and shouldn't have been allowed at trial. They also said his sentence was unnecessarily harsh. But Judge Steven O'Neill said he found no reason to grant the requests.

Cosby was recently sentenced to three to 10 years in prison for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.
