TRENDIN' WITH TRISTAN: Break-Up Details We Know

Meghan Markle is pregnant!

Kensington Palace tweeted on Monday that she and Prince Harry are expecting their first child in the Spring. The official statement said (quote) “Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”

The child, either daughter or son, will be seventh in line to the British throne.

In recent days, Meghan seemed to conceal her belly. At the Royal Wedding of Princess Eugenie, she wore an overcoat throughout the ceremony. Upon arrival in Australia, Meghan Markle clutched an oversize bag across her stomach.

But she has nothing to hide, now. It will be a matter of weeks before she's flaunting her growing baby bump. (Entertainment Tonight)

Reality finally set in for Ariana Grande, who split from fiancé Pete Davidson. The decision was supposedly mutual, but it’s not as if Pete had a choice. He immediately deactivated his social media accounts. That tells the tale.

Out of courtesy, Ariana will give back the $100,000 diamond engagement ring.

After four months together, the whirlwind relationship fell back to earth. One of her team members confirmed, (quote) “It’s not shocking to anyone. It was way too much too soon.”

TMZ reported the couple called it quits over the weekend. Ariana canceled a charity appearance at the last minute, while Pete Davidson carried on with Saturday Night Live.

She’s scheduled to perform in two weeks at the NBC special concert A Very Wicked Halloween: Celebrating 15 Years on Broadway. But don't hold your breath that she keeps this commitment.

Talk About It:

  • Somebody pinched Pete and he woke from this crazy dream.
  • She keeps the therapy pig and the $16 million penthouse apartment. Pete takes his shoe collection back to Staten Island, where his mom lives.
  • The sudden death of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller in September shook Ariana to the core. She’s unable to cope. Her emotional state has been fragile ever since the Manchester bombing.
  • Saturday Night Live booked Ariana for the season premiere. Kanye West filled in after Ari reneged on that commitment about a week after Mac Miller’s death.
  • Though Pete has appeared on Ariana’s Instagram Stories, she has not posted a picture of him at her account since Mac’s passing.
  • Last week, fans noticed that Pete covered the Dangerous Woman tattoo behind his left ear. In hindsight, should've been a signpost that they'd hit more than a rough patch.
  • Hey ladies, Pete Davidson is single!

To the surprise of no one, Saturday Night Live satirized Thursday's bizarre Oval Office meeting of Kanye West and Donald Trump. With Alec Baldwin back as Trump and cast member Chris Redd as the rapper, saying wackadoodle things like "Time is a myth," which he actually said on Thursday. The show's writers went one better, with a riff on crime in Chicago": "The murder rate is going down, 20 percent every year. And pretty soon it’s going to be a negative murder rate. We’re going to be digging bodies out of the ground.” He also observed, "Hillary Clinton is not a man."

As Kanye rambled, Trump's thoughts were verbalized: “This guy might be cuckoo. I’ve been in a room with Dennis Rodman and Kim Jong-un and they made a lot more sense than him.” And “This guy can talk. He doesn’t stop. He doesn’t listen to anyone but himself. Who does he remind me of? Oh my God, he’s black me.”

If he watched the show, Kanye did it from Uganda. He, wife Kim Kardashian and their three kids arrived in the African nation Friday for a visit that has been described variously as a video shoot, recording, a private visit and a studio construction project.

A former “Game of Thrones” star could be the next 007.

Actor Richard Madden is reportedly going to be tapped to take over the James Bond role after Daniel Craig's exit. Craig has starred in the film franchise since 2005. His last movie will be Bond 25, which comes out next year.

Madden played Robb Stark on Game of Thrones from 2011 to 2013, but it was his role in “Bodyguard” that got him noticed for the Bond role. Word is the performance caught the eye of Bond boss Barbara Broccoli.Source: Metro
