British Woman Dies From Nerve Agent Exposure -
A British woman exposed to a nerve agent used in the poisoning of an ex-Russian spy is dead.
Dawn Sturgess died Sunday after being hospitalized in southern England on June 30th when she came in contact with the Russian nerve agent Novichok. The incident also left a 45-year-old man in critical condition. Police in Britain believe the two touched something contaminated with the nerve agent. A police officer was given the all clear after there were concerns he was exposed to the Novichok while investigating the case.
Prime Minister Theresa May stressed “Police and security officials are working urgently to establish the facts of this incident, which is now being investigated as a murder. The government is committed to providing full support to the local community as it deals with this tragedy.”
Former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter were hospitalized after being deliberately poisoned by the same substance back in March. They both recovered.
DOJ Requests More Time To Reunited Kids Separated From Families At The Border -
The Justice Department wants more time to reunite roughly three-thousand illegal immigrant children with their parents.
Government lawyers have asked a federal judge to extend a court-mandated July 10th deadline for kids under five years old. They also want to push the July 26th deadline for all other children who've been affected by a separation policy.
The attorneys say that they can’t locate the parents of 38 children under the age of five. The parents of 19 of them have already been deported.
U.S. Judge Dana Sabraw wants an explanation from the government as to why they need the extension. He also ordered the Trump administration to deliver a list of migrant kids under the age of five who were separated from their parents at the border to the ACLU. A status hearing is set for this morning. President Trump recently repealed the separation policy after a firestorm of controversy.

THAI CAVE RESCUE: Five Boys Saved, Eight to Go
Rescuers have now safely removed five members of a youth soccer team from a cave in Thailand and say rescuing the remaining seven players and their coach could take a while.
The fifth boy was rescued early today and taken to the hospital on a stretcher. Earlier on Sunday, divers were able to lead four other boys through the dark and watery tunnels and eventually out of the two-mile deep cave.
Seven boys, ages 11-to-16, and their 25-year-old coach remain in the cave, where they've been now for more than two weeks. The coach sent a written letter to the parents of the boys apologizing for leading them on the hike into the cave. He wrote, “Right now the kids are all fine, the crew are taking good care. I promise I will care for the kids as best as possible. I want to say thanks for all the support and I want to apologize to the parents."

Senator Rubio Is Pushing For Paid Family Leave -
Florida Senator Marco Rubio is advocating for his paid family leave bill in a promotional video.
Rubio, who heads to Washington this week to push the bill, says the legislation is especially relevant in today's political climate. The Senator says he wants to make the Republican party more family-friendly and that's why he's introducing a bill that allows parents to access their Social Security benefits early to pay for up to 12 weeks of paid leave per child for each parent.
The video also highlights Rubio's role in doubling the per-child tax credit. Not many details were shared about the paid leave proposal, but Rubio says he's seeking a conservative solution for paid family leave that's fiscally responsible.
Ivanka Trump and Senators Joni Ernst and Mike Lee helped develop the proposal.
