One promise made at the U.S.- North Korea summit looks to be happening soon.
North Korea is expected to start returning remains of American soldiers killed during the Korean War. The Trump administration believes as many as 200 sets of remains could be transferred to the U.S. in the coming days.
The return of remains was one of the points agreed to at President Trump's recent summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. The actual transfer date hasn't been nailed down yet. Remains of thousands of U.S. servicemembers are believed to still be somewhere inside North Korea. It’s taken decades, but some families will finally get closure.
More than 36,000 U.S. troops died during the Korean War and close to 7,700 U.S. troops remain unaccounted for. About 5,300 of them were lost in North Korea.

Federal Judge Shoots Down Kansas Voter ID Law -
Another state’s voter ID has been struck down in court and the lead attorney was ordered to take classes in the loss.
A federal judge in Kansas says that a law requiring voters to prove their citizenship before voting is unconstitutional, something that Republican Secretary of State Kris Kobach personally defended as lead attorney for the case. Chief District Judge Julie Robinson said the law violated the National Voter Registration Act as well as the 14th Amendment, but that's not all.
Robinson said Kobach failed to show evidence to support his claims of widespread voter fraud and sanctioned the Secretary of State. According to the sanction, Kobach must take a legal class on the rules of evidence or procedure. Kobach has one year to provide proof of the additional training.
