Gruesome Details Emerge Of The Murder Of Four PA Men-

As the cousin of the murder suspect is arrested, details of the final moments of the victims is released.

Thomas Meo and Mark Sturgis were expecting to buy some pot from Cosmo DiNardo, but instead were ambushed and murdered. That’s the narrative law enforcement is sharing. DiNardo’s cousin Sean Kratz was also there and helped dispose of the bodies.

Shortly after getting out of their truck, Meo and Sturgis were gunned down and their bodies thrown into an oil tank converted into a “cooker.” Their bodies didn’t burn well, so DiNardo and Kratz buried the cooker with the bodies, along with those of his previous two victims.

DiNardo confessed to police and named his cousin as an accomplice.

Working Long Hours Can Damage Your Heart Health-

You may want to rethink working over time.

A new study says working long hours can raise the risk of a common and potentially dangerous irregular heart rhythm condition. British researchers found that people who work 55 hours a week or more were about 40-percent more likely to develop atrial fibrillation than people who worked 35 to 40 hours a week. Atrial fibrillation contributes to stroke, heart failure, and stroke-related dementia.

The scientists studied more than 85-thousand people in the U.K. and three other European countries for more than ten years. The research was published in Friday's edition of the "European Health Journal."

As for the fix? Work less hours.Source: News Week
