Judge Keeps Chelsea Bomber Case In NYC-

The defense team for the accused “Chelsea Bomber” lost a big battle in court yesterday.  A judge is ruling the trial of the accused Chelsea and New Jersey bomber will be held in Manhattan. The judge ruled Ahmad Rahimi can receive a fair and impartial jury in the city. His attorneys had argued publicity would get in the way of a fair trial. Back in September 2016, in addition to wounding two police officers in a Linden, New Jersey shootout, more than 30 people were hurt when a pressure cooker bomb went off in Chelsea. Another device detonated in Seaside Park, New Jersey but no one was hurt and one placed on a train in Elizabeth. All told two devices were planted in Chelsea and two in New Jersey.
