5 Ways To Adjust To Daylight Saving Time

I'm a fan of moving to Daylight Saving Time. I appreciate the longer evenings with the kids. Having a darker morning is a bit of a drag though.

Here are some things you can do to make the transition easier"

Get some exercise today. Even a brisk walk can make your body crave sleep and get you back on schedule.

Don't drink coffee in the afternoon. Caffeine can stay in your body for up to 12 hours and throw off your sleep schedule.

Eat dinner at least 3 hours before bed.

Try to avoid alcohol today.

Try not to use your phone or computer at least one hour before bed.
