West St. Louis County's Parkway School District has announced a plan change for back to school. They will change to Plan C for the August 24 start date, which is a virtual learning plan, online with Parkway Teachers. The post says that they, "will be in the phase for the first nine weeks of school and re-evaluate prior to the end of the nine-week quarter on October 23."
