Representative John Lewis Pays a Heartfelt Tribute to a Retiring Colleague

Republican Senator Johnny Isakson is retiring from the Senate due to failing health. The House of Reprentatives honored him and paid tribute to him on the floor of congress. Democrat Representative John Lewis paid a very hearfelt tribute to Isakson.

Politics were shoved aside as Lewis told him how much he admired and respected him.

It really hits you when Lewis says "I will come over and meet you, brother." The two embrace and you can feel the love.

Opposite sides of the political fence, but they are colleagues, friends and brothers.

If you don't have time to watch the whole thing, fast forward to 5:40 into the video. But please at least watch the last two minutes. It is very moving and just might make your day.
