On October 16, 1986, two days before Chuck Berry's 60th birthday, there was a massive gathering of A-list musicians at the Fabulous Fox Theater in St. Louis. They were all there to play with and pay tribute to St. Louis' own, Chuck Berry.
Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, Linda Ronstadt, Robert Cray, Johnnie Johnson, Etta James and Bobby Keys, just to name a few, were on hand to share the stage with Chuck and perform his music.
The concert was filmed and on this day, October 8, 1987 the film premiered in movie theaters.
From that concert at the Fox, here's Keith Richards, Bobby Keys and Chuck Berry peforming "Nadine."
