Camp Fury St. Louis 2019 is in its' 3rd year, but my first time witnessing such a very cool "Girl Power" event! You do not have to be a Girl Scout to participate, but if you ever as a young female dreamed of becoming a First Responder and thought maybe you didn't have "The Right Stuff", I hope to empower you with this video!
The volunteer female police, firefighters, EMT's and just about all the First Responder jobs help young females, mostly in high school, go beyond the limits they put on themselves. I am so proud of these young women, and thank you to the women and men that support these great type of events and environments that help females grow in what is mostly male dominated careers! Thanks to the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri for giving them the opportunity to be leaders in our community!
