Former 'NCIS' Star Pauley Perrette Says She Is 'Terrified' Of Mark Harmon

For 15 years, Pauley Perrette portrayed goth forensic scientist "Abby Sciuto" on the hit CBS series NCIS, but last year, the actress abruptly left the show. With no real explanation about her sudden departure, rumors started flying and last month, Pauley addressed some of them. In a statement, she explained that she had been assaulted on set but didn't name the assailant, however, in her many posts saying goodbye to her castmates, she never bid farewell to Mark Harmon. In her statement, she only described a "'machine' keeping her silent" and "feeding false stories" about her. Now, however, Pauley is speaking out.

In a series of tweets, Perrette stated, "NO I AM NOT COMING BACK! EVER! (Please stop asking?). I am terrified of Harmon and him attacking me. I have nightmares about it. I have a new show that is SAFE AND HAPPY! You’ll love it! #HappyPlace Love y’all!"

It seems Pauley wasn't the only one allegedly attacked. She went on to post photos of a crew member who she said got a black eye while working on the show, noting that when she spoke out about it, she got fired. Perrette stated, "You think I didn’t expect blow back? You got me wrong. THIS happened To my crew member and I fought like hell to keep it from happening again! To protect my crew! And then I was physically assaulted for saying NO!? and I lost my job."

The tweets with pics of the crew member's black eye have since been deleted. Meanwhile, after her initial statement, CBS put out a statement of their own that reads:

"Pauley Perrette had a terrific run on NCIS and we are all going to miss her. Over a year ago, Pauley came to us with a workplace concern. We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows."
