In March of 1977, The Rolling Stones had just finished their Tour of the Americas and a tour of Europe. They wanted to record a live album at a small club. They chose "El Macambo" in Toronto, Canada. The name on the marquee said "The Cockroaches." The Stones played the club March 4 and 5, 1977, in front of just a few hundred people, at the height of their career.
They did released a live album in 1977, but with songs from their 1976 European tour. It was a double album, four sides. Side three is called "The El Macambo" side, with four songs from their shows at the small club. One of those songs is a cover a Chuck Berry song, "Around and Around," which you can listen to below.
