Camila Cabello Shares Never-Before-Seen 'Havana' Music Video Outtake

Camila Cabello is doing some serious MTV Video Music Awards campaigning! The 'Sangria Wine' songstress gave fans a weekend treat on Saturday by posting an outtake from her VMA nominated 'Havana' music video. The video features a single camera shot dance break during Young Thug's rap verse. Camila is sensually vibing with a male dancer in the middle of the video's Havana night club set while getting playful with a bandana in the choreography. 

From watching the 'Never Be The Same' singer nail every single move, you'd never know that she was insecure about releasing the 'Havana' video clip! Camila revealed in the outtake's caption that at the time she wasn't trained as a professional dancer. In order for her to improve on mistakes, she'd have to re-watch videos of herself performing the choreography. 

She also revealed that since starting to dance a lot more in her daily life, the activity has made a huge difference by boosting her confidence. She loves the way it makes her feel.

this is an unedited never before seen one take of the dance break we did for the Havana video!!! i almost didn’t wanna post it because I wasn’t trained as a professional dancer and I only see what I could’ve done better when I look at videos of myself, i started dancing really a few years ago and until then I always said in interviews that I had two left feet HAHA, but since I started dancing it’s made a huge difference in my confidence and how I express myself and it makes me feel like I could kill a man with my heels on 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ i love it and I love the way it makes me feel, I’m super proud of this part of the video so I’m posting it in honor of us getting the @vmas nomination for VIDEO OF THE YEAR (OMG!!!!!!) and BEST CHOREOGRAPHY (OMG !!!!!) i wanna give a shout-out to my choreographers @calvitJr@sarabiv and @galenhooks for the amazing choreo in this video! Camila Cabello is nominated for a total of 5 2018 MTV Video Music Awards, the results of which will be announced during MTV's broadcast on August 20th 2018 at 5PM PT / 8PM ET. Her song 'Havana' is up for Video of the Year, Best Pop Video, Best Choreography, and Song of the Year. She is personally nominated for Artist of the Year. You can vote for her to win here.
