*Tom Brokaw is the latest TV newsman accused of sexual misconduct.
Two female co-workers have come out to claim the former anchor of NBC Nightly Newsmade inappropriate and unwanted advances in the '90s.
Linda Vester tells Variety that Brokaw sexually harassed her while she was a reporter for NBC on Weekend Today in 1994. She claims, "Brokaw physically tried to force her to kiss him on two separate occasions, groped her in a NBC conference room and showed up at her hotel room uninvited."
Brokaw denies the allegations. In a statement, he says, “I met with Linda Vester on two occasions, both at her request, 23 years ago because she wanted advice with respect to her career at NBC. The meetings were brief, cordial and appropriate, and despite Linda’s allegations, I made no romantic overtures towards her at that time or any other.”
According to TMZ, the second woman, who has asked to remain anonymous, says Brokaw "took her hands and put them under his jacket against his chest. He then invited her to his office later on ... insinuating he wanted to give her more than job advice."
Brokaw has denied this allegation, as well.
Neither woman reported the behavior to police or NBC at the time.
