Trump Petitions Court For Private Arbitration With Stormy Daniels - 

Donald Trump wants to keep his Stormy Daniels lawsuit private.  President Trump is asking a judge for private arbitration in the Stormy Daniels lawsuit. Yesterday, the President and his lawyer, Michael Cohen, filed paperwork asking a federal judge to order the lawsuit brought by adult film star and director Stormy Daniels be resolved through private arbitration.

Panera Bread Is The Latest To Expose Customer Info – 

Panera Bread is feeling the heat after a major security flub.  A cyber security blog says Panera Bread's website reportedly leaked customer records for at least eight months. Krebs On Security said the data leak includes names, email and physical addresses, birthdays and the last four digits of credit card numbers of "millions" of customers who ordered food online on the company's website.

The Farthest Star From Earth Yet Is Discovered 

Astronomers say they've spotted the most distant star ever observed that is nine-billion light-years from Earth.  The star is nicknamed Icarus after the Greek mythological character who fell to his death after flying too close to the sun on wings of feathers and wax. Astronomer, Alex Filippenko said, "For the first time ever we're seeing an individual normal star - not a supernova, not a gamma-ray burst, but a single, stable star - at a distance of 9 billion light-years


EPA To Relax Fuel Standards - 

Don’t look for new vehicles to get super gas mileage in the future.  The Trump administration is rolling back Obama-era rules for fuel efficiency stands in vehicles. EPA chief Scott Pruitt said upcoming standards for vehicles made between 2022 and 2025 were not realistic. He explained they were too high and made assumptions that didn't reflect reality.

An Art Gem Is Uncovered In An Attic

A 400-year-old painting found in an attic in Des Moines, Iowa could be worth millions.  The painting, "Apollo and Venus" by late 16th century and early 17th century Belgian painter Otto van Veen, was found in Des Moines' historic Hoyt Sherman Place art complex two years ago while someone was looking for Civil War flags in a storage room.  The painting was found with layers of discolored varnish and poor restoration work from decades ago. Robert Warren, executive director of the venue, thought it was worthless. Boy is he wrong! There was even a tag indicating the painting had once hung in New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
