Prince's Secret Plan For 'Black Lives Matter' Movement Revealed After Death

Late music legend Prince was always woke before he passed away on April 21, 2016.

In a new interview with GQ, one of Prince's close friends, high fashion designer Donatella Versace, spoke about one of the past desires that he wanted to see through before dying. Unfortunately, Prince passed right before he was about to make this special wish a reality. As we all know, the icon died at the age of 57 from an accidental fentanyl overdose in an elevator in his Paisley Park home, multiple outlets including CNN reported.

The news outlet said of his official autopsy: "The music superstar weighed 112 pounds and was 63 inches tall when he died, the report said. He was wearing a black cap, shirt, pants, boxer briefs and socks and a gray undershirt, the report said. His occupation was listed as 'artist' and his business as 'music.'"

The Purple One's death was truly untimely. Now, we're learning that before he left, Prince wanted to give huge support to the Black Lives Matter movement. “He decided to be the face of the Black Lives Matter movement—that's what he wanted—and he said, ‘You need to be with me,’ ” Versace told GQ. “I was ready to do it.”
