TRENDIN' WITH TRISTAN: Blue Ivy Bids $19,000 on Art

*Black Panther - is now the first film since Avatar in 2010 to take the No. 1 spot at the box office for five consecutive weeks, earning $27 million this weekend to pass the $600 million mark domestically. The film will pass the $623 million made by The Avengers sometime this week, making it the top superhero movie on the domestic charts....It couldn't quite beat Tomb Raider!


*Blue Ivy - Beyoncé and Jay-Z's daughter, Blue Ivy, 6, made several bids on art Saturday night while sitting between her parents at the Wearable Art Gala in Los Angeles. The second annual event, put on by Bey's mom Tina Knowles, benefits the WACO Theater Center. Blue Ivy, who was wearing a matching gold dress like her mother, bid $17,000 on an acyclic painting of Sidney Poitier. Excited to make another bid, she lifted her paddle again, raising the bar to $19,000. Jay-Z then jokingly tried snatching the paddle away. Tyler Perry ultimately won the piece for $20,000. Although she lost that one, Blue Ivy did land the next available piece with a winning bid of $10,000.


Wendy Williams Returns Today - Talk show host Wendy Williams is back on TV today.

First up, she sits down with “Good Morning America” to talk about her battle with Grave’s DiseaseWilliams will admit that she wasn’t managing her disease before fainting several times. She said there were three blown off doctor’s appointments and her health was at the bottom of her list.

“Walking Dead” Crossover is Coming To The Big Screen” - A crossover of the “Walking Dead” and “Fear The Walking Dead” is happening in a big way.

The Season 8 finale of “WD” is going to crossover into the season 4 premiere of “Fear The Walking Dead” on the big screen. Before you get all excited, it will only play at 750 theaters across the country. They are dubbing it “Survival Sunday: The Walking Dead & Fear the Walking Dead.”

For the first time, the shows will be tied together as Lennie James(Morgan) will appear in both episodes.

*Avengers: Infinity War demolished Fandango’s record for best-selling superhero movie in the first day of pre-sales -- and needed only six hours to do it. The previous record holders were Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Black Panther. Avengers: Infinity War opens April 27th.
