Crews started the next step in a two-year construction project to update several bridges along I-44 in the City of St. Louis. MoDOT will close the left lane of westbound I-44 and shifting traffic into the three right lanes.



*Latest Austin Explosion Trigger Device Possibly Identified -

 Police in Austin, Texas say the city's latest explosion might have been triggered by a tripwire.

As we told you earlier, two men are recovering from the blast last night, the Texas capital city's fourth explosion this month. Investigators are working on the theory that all four are related. Police Chief Brian Manleysays it's very possible the bomb left on the side of a road blew up last night when someone handled, kicked, or came in contact with a tripwire that set it off.

The two men in their 20s who were injured were either riding or pushing bicycles when the bomb exploded. Initial reports indicate some key differences between the latest bombing and the other three. The FBI and ATF are trying to determine if the bombings are all linked.

*DC Cherry Blossom Festival Opening Ceremony Pushed Back - 

A massive rally by students is changing the start of a traditional festival.

The start of the 2018 National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, DC is being pushed back. Organizers say they're pushing the date back to March 25th because the March for Our Lives rally is expecting big crowds on March 24th. The influx of thousand upon thousands of people concerned the festival’s organizers, as they want a safe event.

The opening ceremony will still be held at the Warner Theatre on 13th Street Northwest. The National Park Service says peak bloom of the cherry blossoms is expected to begin on March 27th.

*Video Game Shooting - Monroe County, Mississippi Sheriff Cecil Cantrell says that a 9-year-old boy shot his older sister in an argument over a video game controller. The sister later died from the wound.
