Report: Meghan Markle Quietly Baptized Ahead Of Wedding -

One of the unspoken requirements of being a royal is they must be a member of the Anglican Church… Church of England. That’s no longer an issue for Prince Harry’s bride-to-be.

Though in modern times the tradition isn’t enforced, the “Daily Mail” reports that Meghan Markle was baptized by the Archbishop of Canturbury on Tuesday and he did it with holy water from the River Jordan. The ceremony was kept under wraps and happened after she was taught about the church and its rites in recent weeks. Prince Charles was on hand, as was Prince Harry and a handful of royal aides.

Immediately after the baptism, she had her confirmation, which gives her the ability to join in Holy Communion during the wedding. Queen Elizabeth is considered the head of the Church of England.

Weinstein May Soon Be In Handcuffs -

A new report says the NYPD is ready to put handcuffs on Harvey Weinstein.

"The Daily Beast" reports that police have enough evidence to arrest Weinstein for felony sexual assault. When asked about the investigation yesterday, NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce would only say that the case is going "very, very well."

Boyce says the case is in the hands of Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance, so the next move would have to come from the DA. Vance hasn't commented on the investigation. Weinstein has been accused of sexual assault by multiple women and has denied the allegations.
