Firefighters forced Ellen DeGeneres to leave her home near Santa Barbara, California. The fire has burned nearly 400 square miles. It’s become the fifth largest wildfire in California history. 

Ellen tweeted Sunday morning, (quote) “Our house is under threat of being burned. We just had to evacuate our pets. I’m praying for everyone in our community and thankful to all the incredible firefighters.”

Her neighborhood is the second home to dozens of Hollywood celebrities including Oprah, Rob Lowe, Bruce Willis, Patrick Stewart and Carol Burnett. Oprah tweeted, (quote) “Peace Be Still, is my prayer tonight. For all the fires raging thru my community and beyond.”
