TRENDIN' Celebrities go all out for Halloween

Elvira Is Retiring From Live Shows-The Mistress of the Dark is about to perform her last live show.

After nearly 50 years tonight is it. For the last 21 years, the dark beauty has celebrated Halloween at Knott’s Berry Farm and that is where she’ll take her final bow. But don’t count Elvira out all together. She plans on slipping on her black gown for TV. "I would love to be back on TV with a regular show. We'll see how it goes. And maybe in between there, have a life.”

Elvira got her break phone call from a local news network in need of a host of a late night horror movie showcase. The rest is ghoulish history.

Katherine Jackson Files To Resign As Blanket’s Guardian-

Katherine Jackson wants to hang up her guardian hat.

The Jackson family matriarch was assigned to be guardian to Michael Jackson’s children after his death. With Prince and Paris Jackson both over 18, Blanket, 15, is the only child to look after.  (real name: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr.)

Katherine is 87 and she feels that TJ Jackson, who is the co-guardian, can handle the responsibilities now. A judge just has to sign off on the filing.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Rose McGowan on a felony drug charge.

At the beginning of the year, she left behind items at Washington Dulles International Airport. Police claimed they discovered “traces of narcotics.” McGowan never responded, so they issued a warrant for her arrest.

McGowan thinks the timing is too fishy. She tweeted Monday morning, (quote) “Are they trying to silence me? There is a warrant out for my arrest in Virginia. What a load of HORSESH–.”

She’s been an outspoken feminist in the wake of revelations of sexual assaults by Harvey Weinstein. He even offered her one million dollars in hush money. Instead, she’s been sharing the account of her rape in 1997 at the Sundance Film Festival. (Variety

Talk About It:

  • How ironic if Rose McGowan is arrested before Harvey Weinstein.
  • She cannot be silenced: memorable works of literature have been written behind bars.
  • Practically all the 20 dollar bills in circulation have trace amounts of coke. (Snopes)
  • Just last weekend, Stranger Things actor Charlie Heaton got caught with cocaine residue on his luggage.
  • Edibles are the only way to travel… according to those living in states where marijuana is legal.
