Leah Remini Says Scientology Won’t Let Her Talk To Elisabeth Moss -
Actress Leah Remini says since leaving the Church of Scientology, her friendship with actress Elisabeth Moss has been strained. Moss is still a member of the church Remini speaks out against now.
"Elisabeth Moss believes that she can't talk to me," Remini says. "There's a thing in Scientology called 'acceptable truth.' It means you only say what's acceptable to the public. But she believes that I'm an antisocial personality — because I've spoken out against Scientology. So she isn't allowed to talk to me. And me knowing that, I wouldn't put her in the awkward position."
Both actresses are expected to be at the Emmy Awards in September. Remini is nominated for her A&E show “Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath” and Moss is nominated for “The Handmaid’s Tale” on Hulu.

Hackers have embarrassed HBO for a second time.
Yesterday, they leaked an email from one of the network’s executives. HBO apparently has tried to negotiate with the hackers. In a ransom letter, the digital pirates demanded 6 million dollars in Bitcoin.
The verified email countered with a “bounty payment” of a quarter-million dollars. HBO also told the hackers, (quote) “We have not been able to put into place the necessary infrastructure to make a large payment in Bitcoin, although we are taking steps to do so as you suggested.”
The executive requested that the deadline to pay the ransom be extended because (quote) “You have the advantage of having surprised us.”
Since they penetrated HBO’s files, the hackers released script and plot details of Game of Thrones. Pirated episodes of Ballers and Insecure are available to stream, too. (Variety)
