A Restaurant Rally supporting The Gateway Resilience Fund will happen this Sunday, March 29 from 9am - 1pm at Boathouse at Forest Park.
The Facebook event reads:
On Sunday, we're setting up a drive thru at the Boathouse at Forest Park and slanging the best breakfast burritos, donuts, and chicken sandwiches this city has even seen. Rest assured, we will be taking every precaution through the prep, handling and delivery of all the delicious food & drinks. The goods are free but donations are highly encouraged.
Every dollar contributed will be donated directly to the Gateway Resilience Fund. This organization provides short term, monetary relief to employees and owners of independent bars, restaurants, and shops in the St. Louis area affected by closures and other circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 outbreak. Breakfast starts at 9am and lunch starts at 11am. We'll see you there!
