More people have hang ups about their middle name than more that don't. Most people seem reluctant to give their middle name and it makes ya wonder why? In my opinion, I feel that middles are seen an inside joke between your first an last name that no one gets but your parents! Today on this show, Billy reveals his uber embarrassing middle name, and Judi tells how she got her "made up" middle name! I also believe that middle names are used many times to make relatives, say a grandparent or a special aunt or uncle, happy and proud. To have a kid named after them! BUT it their name is one that is something akin to "Mr. Magoo", you may just honor them by sticking the name in the middle where it will most likely never be heard !
