29-year-old Katherine Caraway passed away in a Walmart bathroom and wasn't found until three days later. Somehow, the locked family bathroom was overlooked by staff, who placed an "out of order" sign on the door thinking it was locked for maintenance. According to KTLA, Katherine entered the Oklahoma Walmart about 6 p.m. Friday. She was seen on surveillance video making her way to the bathroom, but was not seen leaving.
